I work with a variety of mediums including acrylic, digital, aerosols and ink. However, my main focus is on acrylic on canvas.
At this time I am not taking on any commission works. Please check out the variety of products available in our store. We are working hard to keep the store refreshed with new and exciting work.
No, at this time we do not offer custom framing.
Orders are shipped within 3-5 business days. Shipping speeds will depend on your chosen selection at checkout.
Return Policy for Fine Art Prints
1. Eligibility for Returns
1.1 Return Period: You may return fine art prints within 14 days of the delivery date.
1.2 Condition: Items must be returned in their original condition, with all packaging, and any accompanying materials intact.
1.3 Proof of Purchase: A valid receipt or proof of purchase is required for all returns.
2. Non-Returnable Items
2.1 Original Canvases, Custom Orders and Comissions: Original Canvases, and custom or personalized orders are not eligible for return unless they arrive damaged or defective.
2.2 Final Sale Items: Original canvases are unique and one-of-a-kind, sales are considered final once a painting is purchased. Items marked as final sale cannot be returned or exchanged.
3. Damaged or Defective Items
3.1 Reporting: If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 7 days of
delivery with photos and a description of the damage or defect.
3.2 Resolution: We will arrange for a replacement, repair, or refund for the damaged or defective item upon verification.
4. Return Process
4.1 Contact Us: Initiate a return by contacting our customer service team at orders@badpaintergoodartist.com.
4.2 Return Authorization: You will receive a return authorization number and detailed instructions on how to return your item.
4.3 Shipping: Pack your return securely and include the return authorization number. You are responsible for return shipping costs, unless the item is being returned due to damage or defect.
5. Refunds
5.1 Processing Time: Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund within 5 business days.
5.2 Refund Method: Approved refunds will be processed to your original method of payment within 10 business days.
5.3 Shipping Costs: Original shipping costs are non-refundable. If the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong item shipped, item arrives damaged or defective), we will also refund the return shipping costs.
6. Exchanges
6.1 Eligibility: Exchanges are subject to product availability. If you wish to exchange an item, please contact us to confirm availability.
6.2 Process: Follow the return process above and indicate that you would like an exchange. If the desired item is unavailable, we will process a refund instead.
